Is the property waterfront?
Yes! Sea Oats Luxury Estate sits on the bayside of Captiva Island with a dock for boating and fishing, and complementary kayaks and paddleboards to get on the water. It also features a private pathway leading directly to the white sands of The Gulf Coast. A short 2 minute walk takes you to the sand or use the complementary golf cart to go down the path.
What amenities are included with my stay?
Every stay includes a complimentary welcome gift, high-speed WiFi, Sonos sound system, HDTVs,a fully stocked chef’s kitchen for 30 guests and all the sports equipment needed for tennis, pickleball, basketball, fishing, kayaking and paddleboarding. You’ll also find Molton Brown bathroom amenities, a filtered water dispenser, high-capacity ice makers, games, books, and everything you need for effortless relaxation, including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The estate is child-friendly, with lots of activities for all ages, 2 rooms on the main level for guests with limited mobility are convenient as well.
What is included in the kitchen and bar setup? Are there laundry facilities?
Our modern chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for large group cooking with plenty of pots and pans, and with everything needed for entertaining—glassware, dinnerware, serving platters, utensils for 30+ guests, and kitchen products like detergents and sponges. You’ll also find two high-capacity ice makers, refillable water bottle station, and complete bar setup. There are multiple washers and dryers for your use throughout the property as well.
Are there any wellness or fitness options on-site?
Yes. Along with the lighted tennis and pickleball courts and half-basketball court, you can stay active with kayaks and paddleboards or in the on-site gym with Peloton, or book private yoga or a fitness sessions through the concierge team.
